story of Floris' life: He was born after WWII in the Austrian
Alps exactly on the begin of spring 1947. During high-school he was an
AFS
exchange-student to attend the senior year at Anderw Lewis High School
in SALEM,VA in 1963/64. There he stayed with his beloved family
Robertson. He studied technical physics at the Technical
University in VIENNA, Austria, married and finally stayed in VIENNA.
He still seems to fit to the profile of a real physicist: rather childisch
especially when getting new equipment "to play with". He is working with
the Austrian Ministry of Defense and
eager to come back to the States as often as possible. Several paper presentations
at important symposia in the USA etc. document his ambition.
Hobbies: Ham-Radio, imaging in any way / image processing, Internet,
pets and all sorts of peculiar things. E.g. he also takes care of the number
1 camouflage homepage.
